  • Has the roof been checked for fragile areas or roof lights?

  • Is the roof dry enough to work safely?

  • Are weather conditions suitable for roof cleaning?

  • Is the work area below protected from falling debris?

  • Are all ladder, scaffold or MEWP checks complete?

  • Is suitable PPE being worn?

  • Is an emergency / rescue plan in place?
